Women's Civic Engagement Institute

Who We Are

The Women's Civic Engagement Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, established in 2021. WCEI equips women and girls—particularly those historically excluded from power—with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to engage in civic and political leadership.  We are committed to advancing community wellness, family stability, and civic empowerment. We believe that when women thrive, communities grow stronger — and everyone benefits.

With a focus on public policy education, training, civic engagement, and access to essential services, we work to bring resources directly to the people who need them most.

To promote community empowerment, strengthen families, and expand civic participation and leadership by providing accessible programs, resources, and advocacy.
